RSNA offers a variety of onsite resources and services at the annual meeting to help make your time with us productive, comfortable and accessible.

The information on this page applies to RSNA 2023. RSNA 2024 information will be added to this page closer to the date of the meeting.

Affiliate meeting space

Take advantage of the opportunity to network and meet your colleagues while you’re together in Chicago. Medical associations, institutions, hospitals and private practices can host meetings and events in conjunction with RSNA 2023.

The deadline to submit your request online has passed. Please contact the hotel directly to book meeting space. RSNA requests that your event adheres to the Affiliate Function Space Guidelines.

Organizations have the option to post their event on the RSNA calendar once the request form has been approved.

Bistro RSNA

Enjoy a comfortable and delicious lunch when you dine at Bistro RSNA. This savory buffet experience features a different menu concept each day and provides ample seating whether you are dining with colleagues or while you network. Located in the Technical Exhibits South Hall A and North Hall B, Bistro RSNA will be open Sunday – Wednesday, 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Childcare services

We are pleased to offer full time, professionally managed onsite childcare services. At Camp RSNA, your child will enjoy age-appropriate activities and a creative, customized schedule of events, games and activities. Camp RSNA is open to children 6 months to 12 years, with full and half-day options available. Registration is available as space permits.

RSNA members
Camp RSNA will be offered this year at no cost to RSNA members! Members can request childcare information through the RSNA 2023 registration website beginning July 19.  

Non-members
Non-members can also experience the convenience of Camp RSNA (registration fee required).

Coat & luggage check

Complimentary coat/luggage check is available throughout McCormick Place.

Interfaith prayer & meditation room

The prayer and meditation room is quiet and accessible to attendees of all faiths.

Lactation suites

These private and secure spaces for nursing mothers offer comfortable seating and convenient access to power. Refrigerated storage is available in the main lactation suite and Camp RSNA only.

Scooter & wheelchair rental

Scootaround Mobility Solutions offers manual wheelchairs to rent for $25 per day or $125 per week. Power operated vehicles (scooters) are available for rent for $70 per day or $350 per week.

Attendees are encouraged to reserve in advance to ensure availability.
