We're looking forward to seeing you in Chicago for RSNA 2026! This is the place to make group hotel reservations and register groups for annual meeting badges.
Please note: Group badge registration will open closer to the date of RSNA 2026.
RSNA 2026 group hotel reservations are open
Travel agencies or individuals interested in bringing a delegation of attendees (five or more hotel rooms) to RSNA’s annual meeting can reserve a block of hotel rooms with onPeak.
Please note: onPeak is the only official, certified hotel partner for RSNA 2026. When you reserve your hotel through RSNA, your reservation is secure. RSNA has not authorized other travel companies. Don't risk sharing your credit card or personal information with unauthorized hotel solicitors or fraudulent websites.

Important 2026 dates and deadlines
A credit card is required to guarantee a room block with onPeak.
| Sept. 2, 2026 | Travel agency to confirm block size and dates by Sept. 2, 2026. |
| Sept. 3 – Oct. 1, 2026 | $200 per room cancellation fee will apply when reducing the number of peak night rooms (Monday, Nov. 30, 2026) by more than 20%. |
| Oct. 1, 2026 | Rooming lists are due. |
| Oct. 2, 2026 | On or after Oct. 2, 2026 – Cancellation fee changes to one night (plus tax) for each canceled room reservation. There is no penalty for name or date changes. |
| Nov. 11, 2026 | Hotel reservation system closes. |
| Nov. 17, 2026 | Travel Agency will work directly with hotel(s) on any changes. |
Group hotel reservation FAQs
To qualify, you must request a minimum of five hotel rooms.
Only one hotel block per group can be reserved. We will not hold multiple blocks of hotel rooms for a single group. If you require several hotels within your block, please email RSNA@onpeaksupport.com.
Those who need to request fewer than five rooms must make individual reservations.
No, discounts do not apply. The group reservation process is a convenience service provided by RSNA.
No. All exhibitors must secure their staff hotel reservations through the exhibitor portal.

Group badge registration makes planning your RSNA 2026 experience easier! Groups of two or more may take advantage of RSNA’s convenient group badge registration service using one form of payment or multiple.
