We're looking forward to seeing you in Chicago for RSNA 2024! This is the place to make group hotel reservations and register groups for annual meeting badges.

RSNA 2024 group hotel reservations with onPeak are open
Travel agencies or individuals interested in bringing a delegation of attendees (five or more hotel rooms) to RSNA’s annual meeting can reserve a block of hotel rooms with onPeak.
Please note: onPeak is the only official, certified hotel partner for RSNA 2024. When you reserve your hotel through RSNA, your reservation is secure. RSNA has not authorized other travel companies. Don't risk sharing your credit card or personal information with unauthorized hotel solicitors or fraudulent websites.

For travel agencies or individuals requesting five or more hotels rooms, submit your request to onPeak below.
Important dates and deadlines
A credit card is required to guarantee a room block with onPeak.
| June 30 | Travel agency to confirm block size and dates by June 30. |
| July 1 – Oct. 2 | $200 per room cancellation fee will apply when reducing the number of peak night rooms (Monday, Dec. 2, 2024) by more than 20%. |
| Oct. 2 | Rooming lists are due. |
| Oct. 3 | On or after Oct. 3 – Cancellation fee changes to one night (plus tax) for each canceled room reservation. There is no penalty for name or date changes. |
| Nov. 13 | Hotel reservation system closes. |
| Nov. 18 | Travel Agency will work directly with hotel(s) on any changes. |

Groups of two or more may take advantage of RSNA’s convenient group badge registration service and use one form of payment or multiple.

Group hotel reservation FAQs
How many rooms can I request?
To qualify, you must request a minimum of five hotel rooms.
Only one hotel block per group can be reserved. We will not hold multiple blocks of hotel rooms for a single group. If you require several hotels within your block, please email rsna@onpeak.com.
Those who need to request fewer than five rooms must make individual reservations.
Is there a discount for reserving a hotel block?
No, discounts do not apply. The group reservation process is a convenience service provided by RSNA.
As a technical exhibitor, can I make my hotel reservations using the same process as attendees?
No. All exhibitors must secure their staff hotel reservations through the exhibitor portal.
