Onsite services

RSNA offers a variety of onsite resources and services at the annual meeting to help make your time with us productive, comfortable and accessible.

Affiliate meeting space

Take advantage of the opportunity to network and meet your colleagues while you’re together in Chicago. Medical associations, institutions, hospitals and private practices can host meetings and events in conjunction with RSNA 2022.

The deadline to submit your request online has passed.
Please contact the hotel directly to book meeting space. For requests at McCormick Place, contact meetingservices@rsna.org. RSNA requests that your event adheres to the Affiliate Function Space Guidelines.

Organizations have the option to post their event on the RSNA calendar once the request form has been approved.
