RSNA 2027 Onsite Space Selection
During RSNA 2026, we will be conducting in person, onsite exhibit-space selection for RSNA 2027.
New location: Space selection will take place by appointment in the RSNA 2027 Space Selection Office (McCormick Place, Level 2, Room N229).

Onsite Space Selection Tools
- Preliminary 2027 floor plans:
- 2027 live floor plan (available early November)
- Space Selection Proxy Form (submit form if you cannot make your appointment in person; available early November)
- If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, please complete the Space Selection Proxy Form and email it to exhibits@rsna.org. At your assigned appointment time, the RSNA Exhibition Services team will make your booth selection based on your predetermined preferences.
- RSNA 2027 Exhibitor Hotel Terms and Conditions
- Companies must reserve hotel rooms for their staff through the RSNA hotel reservation system by Oct. 27, 2027, to earn priority points.
- Exhibitors must reserve a minimum of five room nights for every 100 square feet.
- Non-exhibitor meeting suite companies must reserve a minimum of five room nights per meeting suite rented.
- If this requirement is not met, the participating company will be subject to a 20% deduction in their total 2028 Technical Exhibitor Priority Points. For more details, refer to the 2027 Technical Exhibitor Rules and Regulations.
