Onsite Registration/Badge Pickup
Attendees can complete their registration at designated registration areas in McCormick Place (see below), or online at RSNA.org/Register. Badges will not be mailed in advance. Name badges can be picked up at any of the three designated registration locations in McCormick Place or at designated hotel locations. A valid photo ID is required.
Your badge serves as a virtual business card and is encoded with the demographic information you provided during registration. Upon request, exhibitors may scan your badge to access your contact information. Your badge contains beacon technology to verify your attendance, simplify the CME process, and permit RSNA to gather data to better understand, in aggregate, the effectiveness of the meeting. Please visit registration for assistance with questions about beacon technology.

Ribbon Pick Up
All badge ribbons for committee, council or group work will be distributed onsite at RSNA 2019. Ribbons will be available at a self-serve ribbon wall located in Membership & Resources in the Connections Center. Staff will be available to assist members.
Official Meeting Bag and Meeting Guide
Attendees can pick up the official meeting bag and Meeting Guide at the self-serve distribution areas located in the Lakeside Center East, Level 2, the North Building, Level 2 and the South Building, Level 1. Please note, the full program is available online only.
The RSNA 2019 Meeting Guide is an easy-to-use reference guide to course and event information, floor plans at McCormick Place, transportation and dining. In addition to the Meeting Guide, use the online program at Meeting.RSNA.org to find presentations and build your schedule using My Agenda.
