Understanding different generations in the workplace can be key to successful teamwork

Five generations are actively in the workforce: Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation-X, Millennials and Generation-Z. Each brings different mindsets and expectations to their roles as radiologists. Working together means identifying the unique traits about each generation and each individual to ensure a comfortable, successful and honest work environment.
