Program/Schedule

Where can I find the featured program/schedule and how do I search for specific sessions?
To view Featured Sessions, On-Demand Sessions and Industry Programming, visit the RSNA 2020 Program: At-a-glance page. To search for specific sessions, visit the RSNA 2020 meeting site, select Session Program and use the search bar to search by keyword, topic or subspecialty. 
What is an on-demand session and how can I access them?
On-demand sessions are viewable any time of day at your convenience during the live meeting week. Meeting programming is also available on-demand until April 30, 2021 with the Premium package. To find an on-demand session, click Program Session, the top of the filter area you will find the On-Demand button that will provide a list of courses.
How can I search for a speaker?
On the homepage there is a Speaker link in which you can search for a speaker.  A list will be provided on the course(s) they are presenting.
How do I access Case of the Day?
There is a Case of the Day button on the RSNA 2020 meeting site homepage. Check back each day to see the results and answer the next case for the day in 15 different subspecialties. 
Where can I find the education exhibits and digital posters?
Click the Digital Posters button on the RSNA 2020 meeting site homepage to find the education exhibits and digital posters. Here you will find over 2,000 Education Exhibits and Scientific Posters.
Where is the agenda and can I download it?
Though there is no official agenda or feature to build your calendar within this year’s virtual platform, we’re happy to share that we plan to open the RSNA 2020 meeting site at Noon Central Time on Saturday, November 28. At that time, you may begin exploring and planning your meeting week using the “add to calendar” button, which can assist you in adding sessions of interest to your personal calendar. Starting November 28, all abstracts and the full searchable program will be available. 

Prior to November 28, we invite you to check out all RSNA 2020 has to offer and start blocking off time on your calendar. Explore the Featured Sessions, On-Demand Sessions, Industry Programming and schedule one-on-one meetings with thought leaders and industry partners through our virtual networking platform. 

Visit the Program in the main navigation of the meeting site to see the full schedule of featured and on-demand science and educational programming. The full meeting site will open at 8 AM on Sunday, November 29.
What time are the plenary sessions and how can I watch them?
Plenary sessions are featured at 11 AM Central Time (CT) Sunday through Thursday and can be accessed on-demand during the live meeting week. Premium registrants can also view them on-demand through April 30, 2021.
How do I clear my filters on the search page?
There is a "clear" button on the top next to "On-Demand" button that will help clear your search filters.
How can I interact with presenters during sessions?
There is a chat function during all featured education and science sessions to engage with speakers and other meeting attendees. Select sessions also have a Q&A function to ask the speaker questions.

Virtual Exhibition

Where is the Virtual Exhibition and what does it include?
The Virtual Exhibition will open at 8 AM CT on Sunday, November 29. Be sure to review the exhibitor list to plan your participation. You can find the RSNA Virtual Exhibition by clicking Exhibitors in the top navigation of the RSNA 2020 meeting site. The RSNA Virtual Exhibition features over 200 exhibiting companies including the popular AI Showcase and over 200 industry presentations such as Lunch & Learns, Product Demonstrations, and Theater Presentations. 
Where can I find the Industry Presentations?
Industry Presentations and Demonstrations can be found in the Industry Presentations agenda.
How can I find the Innovation and AI Theater presentations?
Theater Presentations are located in the Industry Presentations agenda.
Where can I find product demonstrations?
Featured product demonstrations take place live and can be found in the Industry Presentations agenda. Exhibitors may also hold demonstrations in their booth throughout the week. Check the exhibitor listing for details.
Where can I find the AI Showcase and what does it include?
Visit the AI Showcase in the Virtual Exhibition. In the AI Showcase, you will find companies focused on artificial intelligence (AI) products and solutions, company presentations on AI, the AI Challenge and the AI Imaging in Practice demonstration.
How do I find a specific exhibitor?
You can find the exhibitor list by clicking the exhibitor list button on the RSNA 2020 meeting site and search by product category, location or name. 
How do I request a meeting with a sponsor or exhibitor?
Visit their online exhibit by searching the Virtual Exhibition or search for the company in the Virtual Networking section of the RSNA 2020 meeting site.
Where can I find the listing of Lunch and Learns and how can I sign up?
Lunch and Learns, Industry Presentations and Demonstrations can be found in the Industry Presentations agenda. RSVPs are not required. You can find the schedule in the Industry Presentations agenda. Click on the session at the scheduled time to participate live. All presentations will also be available on-demand.
How can I sign up for a roundtable discussion?
RSVPs are not required. You can find the schedule in the Industry Presentations agenda. Click on the Roundtable Discussion in the agenda at the scheduled time and you will find a link to participate in the discussion.
Can I contact exhibitors/view their booths after December 5?
To connect with an exhibitor after December 5, please visit their exhibitor profile page and click Drop a Business Card or visit their website directly.
What hours are the exhibit staff available?
Exhibit staff are available 8 AM to 6 PM Central Time (CT) from Sunday, November 29 - Saturday, December 5. A dedicated Industry Hour will take place between noon and 2 PM each day without competing RSNA programming. The virtual exhibits are available 24-hours a day for on-demand viewing, networking and scheduling meetings.

Registration

How can I register or upgrade for RSNA 2020?
Register or upgrade your registration online by visiting RSNA.org/Register. Members who register receive free Premium extended meeting access through April 30, 2021. Non-members who register can select either Premium or Standard registration.
Can I be connected to live help?
Yes. Please contact us between the hours of 7 AM – 7 PM Central Time (CT) at RSNA20@rsna.org or call 1-630-571-2670 (outside the U.S. and Canada) or 1-800-381-6660 (U.S. and Canada only).
I need my confirmation email.
After you’ve finished the registration process, please check your email. We’ll send you a registration confirmation with your receipt and additional information about the meeting.
How can members of the press register?
Media credentials for RSNA 2020 are available only to members of the working press who can furnish proof that their attendance results in news coverage. Please visit the online press room at RSNA.org/press20 for media guidelines and information on registering.
Can I get a refund for my registration fees?
No. RSNA's cancellation and refund policy states that refund requests received after October 30 will not be accepted nor refunded. 
Do I need to pay a registration fee to view the presentations in the virtual meeting/event?
Members receive free Premium access to RSNA 2020. Non-members must pay a registration fee. Visit RSNA.org/Register to view packages and prices.
Is there a way to "reassign" a meeting to a fellow representative or colleague?
No, name changes are not allowed. New registration and payment, if applicable, is required for registration. Registrations are non-transferable.
What is the registration cancellation/refund policy?

RSNA's cancellation and refund policy states: 

Name changes are not allowed. New registration and payment is required. Registrations are non-transferable. Refund requests received after October 30 will not be accepted nor refunded. No refunds will be issued for registration packages purchased and not used. Virtual 5k Fun Run fees and R&E Foundation donations are tax deductible and benefit the R&E Foundation. All Fun Run fees and donations are non-refundable.

 

General Q&A

What are the meeting hours?

The RSNA 2020 live meeting will run from 8 AM – 6 PM Central Time Sunday, November 29 through Saturday, December 5. Additional on-demand content will be available 24 hours per day.

The Virtual Exhibition is available 24 hours a day during the live meeting and attendees will have access to booth staff from 8 AM – 6 PM each day. There will also be pre-show industry presentations from 7 – 8 AM and a daily Industry Hour from 11 AM – 2 PM.

 
Where can I find my login information?

Attendees: If you completed the registration process, you can use your RSNA username and password to begin your RSNA 2020 experience.

If you need assistance locating your RSNA username and password, please contact us at RSNA20@rsna.org  or call 1-630-571-2670 (outside the U.S. and Canada) or 1-800-381-6660 (U.S. and Canada only).

Exhibitors: If you completed the registration process, you can use your Registration ID and email to begin your RSNA 2020 experience. If you need assistance locating your Registration ID, please click Forgot Registration ID to have your confirmation resent. If you are not registered for RSNA 2020, please contact your primary company contact to register. To learn your company contact, email exhibits@rsna.org.

 
What if I can't make a featured session?
All live programming will be available on-demand after the session has ended. Extended on-demand access to all meeting content after the live meeting week is included in the Premium package. Registered for the Standard package? Upgrade at any time to enjoy access through April 30, 2021
I'm an RSNA member. Am I automatically registered for RSNA 2020?
No, even though registration is included with your membership, you must still register for RSNA 2020 . It only takes a few minutes and you’ll get a confirmation email once your registration has been confirmed.

Is there an RSNA 2020 meeting app?
No, there is not a mobile meeting app this year. 
Will there be concurrent sessions during the meeting?
Yes, featured programming runs concurrently Sunday, November 29 - Saturday, December 5. At any given time there may be up to six sessions at the same time for you to choose from. 
Can I share my login information with other members of my team?
In order to have access to the full RSNA 2020 experience—including opportunities for a personalized certificate of attendance and credit claiming—please do not share your registration credentials with others. Know someone who would still like to register? Send them to RSNA.org/Register
How early do I need to be for a session?
You can join a session up to 15 minutes early.

CME + Certificates

What’s included in the Premium registration package?
The Premium registration package includes an all-access, 7-day virtual conference pass. Attendees can explore the Virtual Exhibition and attend all education and science sessions, live demonstrations, theater presentations, networking events and more. Premium registrants are eligible to earn CME credit, have the flexibility to attend and claim partial credits for multiple, live sessions held at the same time and can maintain extended access beyond the week of the live meeting, through April 30, 2021, to view and earn additional on-demand credits. 
What’s included in the Standard registration package?
The Standard registration package includes an all-access, 7-day, virtual conference pass. Attendees can explore the Virtual Exhibition and attend all education and science sessions, live demonstrations, theater presentations, networking events and more. Standard registrants can access their certificate of attendance on the registration resources page of the meeting platform. All meeting access expires after December 5, 2020.
How long will attendees be able to access the RSNA 2020 meeting site to view courses?
Standard package registrants will have access to content on the RSNA 2020 meeting site until the live meeting closes on December 5, 2020. Premium package registrants will have extended access to content on the meeting site through April 30, 2021.
Where can I access my certificate of attendance?
  • Standard registrants: To access your certificate of attendance, select the certificate of attendance button on the registration resources page by logging into RSNA.org/Register.

  • Premium registrants: You can access your certificate of attendance on the registration resources page by logging into RSNA.org/Register and on the credit claim site , where you can also access your credit certificate.
Accreditation and Designation Statements

RSNA is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The RSNA designates this Other activity (blended live and enduring material) for a maximum of 332.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation of the activity.

Can international attendees earn CME credit?

International attendees with premium registration have the flexibility to watch sessions on their own schedule and still earn credits. CME credits may be transferable.

  • Australia and New Zealand: RSNA is an authorized CPD provider
  • Canada: AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ can be converted to Royal College MOC credits
  • Mexico: All AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ are transferable
  • Europe: Due to an agreement of mutual recognition, the UEMS European Accreditation Council will convert AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ to EACCME European CME Credits (ECMECs). For more information, contact the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS) at info@uems.net or visit UEMS.net or EACCME.eu.
  • Worldwide: CME claimed at RSNA 2020 may be transferable. Contact the CME governing body in your home country for details.
Can exhibitors claim CME?
CME credit is not tracked or awarded to exhibitor registrants. Exhibitor personnel who wish to obtain CME credit must purchase the Premium package.
How will CAMPEP credit for physicists be recorded?
  • RSNA will apply to CAMPEP for approval of MPCEC hours on behalf of American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) members. 
  • All attendees (including AAPM Members) who qualify for/earn CAMPEP credit will be reported to AAPM by RSNA so that their CAMPEP credit is recorded.
  • If AAPM members have already opted-in to AAPM and CAMPEP, the credits earned during RSNA 2020 should display inside the CME Gateway once they have been processed by the organizations.
Will RSNA offer credit to American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)/American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT)?
  • RSNA will not offer A/A+ ARRT/ASRT credit for RSNA 2020. We recognize the value and importance this option has been for so many technologists in the past and we look forward to that possibility once again at RSNA 2021.
  • Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the virtual format of RSNA 2020, continuing education credit for radiologic technologists will not be offered for ASRT from RSNA courses. 
  • This applies to radiologic techs, nuclear medicine techs and MRI techs for RSNA 2020.
Can I claim SAMs course credit during RSNA 2020?
RSNA will not be offering SAM credit during RSNA 2020. However, members are encouraged to view and complete SA-CME credit using RSNA's Online Learning Center .
Where can I find the CME credit claiming website?
Premium registrants will be able to access the credit claim site from the RSNA 2020 meeting site  and RSNA.org/Register. RSNA 2020 has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.
What’s new about this year’s credit claim process?

The credit claiming process has changed for RSNA 2020. Please note the following changes:

  • Credit claiming requires Premium package meeting registration.
  • Evaluations are no longer required – they are optional for the overall meeting and individual sessions.
  • The credit claim site is easily accessed from the RSNA 2020 meeting platform and RSNA.org/Register.
  • Premium registrants have the flexibility to attend and claim partial credits for multiple, live sessions held at the same time.
  • Premium registrants can maintain extended access beyond the week of the live meeting, through April 30, 2021, to view and earn additional on-demand credits.
  • After April 30, 2021 no additional revisions to transcripts will be allowed; however, attendees will maintain access to the credit claiming site through April 30, 2022 in order to print their certificate of attendance and credit certificate.

The RSNA 2020 credit claiming site is designed for self-service. Premium registrants will be able to:

  • Review and adjust credit for education sessions attended.
  • Complete evaluations and provide valuable feedback to RSNA.
  • Print/save credit certificate and certificate of attendance at any time. 
Are my viewed sessions automatically added to my record?
During the week of the live meeting, viewed sessions will be automatically added to your attendee record within 24 hours of the event. You can also access the credit claiming site to search, select your own sessions and adjust time spent in each session. 
Can I get partial credit for attending a portion of session?
Yes. Premium package attendees can adjust their own credit and attend multiple sessions offered at the same time. 
Can I claim credit for submitting diagnoses to Case of the Day?
  • In order to claim credit for Case of the Day, you must be registered for the Premium registration package.
  • Correct answers will be automatically pushed into your record on the credit claiming site.
  • Submissions are typically graded the following day and are sent to the credit claiming site within 48 hours.
  • Case of the Day credits cannot be adjusted.
  • To request further review of an incorrect answer, please email programs@rsna.org.
How long will attendees be able to access the RSNA 2020 credit claim site?
Premium package attendees will maintain access to the credit claiming site through April 30, 2022 in order to print their credit certificate and/or certificate of attendance. However, transcripts can only be adjusted until April 30, 2021.
Can I review my credits from prior RSNA annual meetings?

RSNA members can log into their account and check their record in the CME Repository for all finalized credit claims from prior RSNA annual meetings. If you still have questions about credit earned at those meetings, you can contact eval@rsna.org.

Please note: For annual meetings attended prior to RSNA 2020, attendees can evaluate and claim CME credits for up to two years past the event. RSNA 2020 attendees have until April 30, 2021 to edit and adjust their transcripts; after that time, no additional revisions are allowed.

How can I interact with my colleagues and/or other attendees?
Click Virtual Networking in the top navigation of the RSNA 2020 meeting site to search for attendees and connect.  
How can I meet with an exhibitor?
Visit their online exhibit by searching the Virtual Exhibition or search for the company by clicking Virtual Networking in the top navigation of the RSNA 2020 meeting site. 
How can I network with those in a certain subspecialty or field?
Click Virtual Networking in the top navigation of the RSNA 2020 meeting site to search for attendees and industry representatives to network with.
Is there an open chat/forum?
All Featured Programming will have a chat box for you to interact with other session participants. Select sessions also have a Q&A function to ask the speaker questions. You can also click Virtual Networking in the top navigation to meet one-on-one with another attendee or exhibitor.
Will networking be available after December 5?
No, virtual networking is only offered during the live meeting week Sunday, November 29–Saturday, December 5, 2020. 
Are there networking events?
Roundtable discussions are available and can be found in the Industry Presentations agenda.

How do I download all the Digital Posters?
Sorry, you are unable to download the Digital Posters.
What is the recommended browser?
Google Chrome is the recommended browser. Download Chrome for PC or Mac at Google.com/chrome/browser/features.html
Can I participate in the virtual conference on my phone?
Yes, it is possible. But to optimize your viewing experience we suggest you access RSNA 2020 on a laptop or tablet. 
How do I report inappropriate behavior?
Please email RSNA20@rsna.org.
In what language will technical support be available?
The official language of RSNA 2020 is English.  If you require support in another language, please email RSNA20@rsna.org for assistance. 
How can I manage my Virtual Networking profile?
Click Virtual Networking to access and update your networking profile for RSNA 2020.

Things to do

Can I still register for the virtual 5k Fun Run?
Registration for the virtual 5k Fun Run is open through Saturday, December 5. For more information and to register, visit RSNA.org/annual-meeting/fun-run.

 

Will a winner be awarded for the 5k Fun Run this year?
Since participants are running in different locations and conditions, there will not be winners or awards this year. However, you may submit your race time to our leaderboard beginning Sunday, November 29 at RSNA.org/annual-meeting/fun-run.
How will the Fun Run work this year?
RSNA's 5k Fun Run has gone virtual. Whether you run or walk, you can complete the Fun Run at any point during the 7 days of RSNA 2020 at a 5k course of your choice, indoors or outdoors.
Can I get a refund for the Fun Run?
Virtual 5k Fun Run fees and R&E Foundation donations are tax deductible and benefit the RSNA Research & Education (R&E) Foundation. All Fun Run fees and donations are non-refundable.
Are there any entertainment sessions?
There will not be any entertainment this year, but we have some fun wellness breaks for you. Click Meeting Extras on the top navigation bar of the RSNA 2020 meeting site and select Wellness Breaks. You can also participate in a scavenger hunt to win prizes. Select RSNA Play from the Meeting Extras tab.
Is there a way to order RSNA merchandise?
Not this year. We hope to see you at the RSNA shop at RSNA 2021!
Are there any wellness sessions?
Yes, we have a variety of wellness breaks available so you can recharge during the meeting. Click Meeting Extras in the top navigation bar of the RSNA 2020 meeting site and select Wellness Breaks.
Are there any social events?
Click Meeting Extras on the top navigation bar of the RSNA 2020 meeting site to see some fun extras planned for the week. Or network with peers and industry representatives by clicking on Virtual Networking in the top navigation.
