Registration

RSNA 2025 registration opens in late July. Registration for Virtual Access will remain open through Feb. 27, 2026, noon CT.

No, you must still register for RSNA 2025, regardless of your membership package.
Beginning late July, attendees can begin the registration process for RSNA 2025 on the pricing page.
Yes. The current pricing is valid until Oct. 1. Rates will increase by $100 after Oct. 1 (excludes members with the Full Access membership package).

In Person & Virtual
This package provides the full meeting experience. Bonus! In-person registration includes Virtual Access for RSNA members.

What's included:  Access to eligible programming at McCormick Place, the Technical Exhibits and Virtual Access to education, science and industry sessions through Feb. 27, 2026, noon CT.

Virtual Only
This package provides Virtual Access to education, science and industry sessions through Feb. 27, 2026, noon CT.

Technical Exhibits Only Pass
The Technical Exhibits Only Pass provides full access to the Technical Exhibits and industry presentations at McCormick Place from Nov. 30 – Dec. 3. The Technical Exhibits Pass does not include access to educational programming.

In Person Only
This package provides meeting attendance at McCormick Place for non-members.

Yes, registration fees apply to RSNA 2025 Virtual Access:

  • RSNA members with Basic and Standard membership packages may register for In Person & Virtual or Virtual Only.
  • Non-members may register for In Person & Virtual or Virtual Only.

Note: Registration fees do not apply to members with the Full Access membership package.

The Full Access membership package provides the full meeting experience (In Person & Virtual Access) and offers exclusive lounge access at RSNA 2025, including:

  • Full Access badge pick up
  • Complimentary snacks and refreshments
  • Dedicated information desk
  • Comfortable seating options with ample access to device charging
  • Coat and bag storage

Yes. Groups of two or more may take advantage of RSNA’s convenient group badge registration service and use one form of payment or multiple.

Group badge registration will open in early August.

  • Name changes are not allowed. New registration and payment are required. 
  • Registrations are non-transferable.
  • All registration cancellations must be made in writing to RSNA@maritz.com by Oct. 31 to receive a refund of paid fees.
  • Registration cancellations received by Oct. 31 will result in a refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.
  • Refund requests received after Oct. 31 will not be accepted nor refunded. 
    • Please note: Registration is non-refundable for those who register after Oct. 31.
  • No refunds will be issued for registration packages purchased and not used. 
  • Cancellation and refund policy applies to RSNA Labs and Conference Extras, including Bistro RSNA tickets and RSNA After Dark tickets.
  • RSNA 5k Fun Run fees and R&E Foundation donations are tax deductible and benefit the R&E Foundation. All Fun Run fees and donations are non-refundable.

Yes. Non-member registration categories of student, resident/trainee and medical imaging professional require verification to be processed. Badge classification is subject to RSNA approval and category or rate change. These categories require a business card, a letter from hospital administration stating your role in radiology, a valid RT license or student ID copy. Upload is required during online registration. If verification qualifies you for a different registration category, the registration will automatically be reclassified and you will be charged the appropriate fee.

Registration is subject to cancellation if verification is not provided within five business days after registration.

No. RSNA 2025 registration does not include travel expenses, meals, hotel accommodations or social events.

Yes. Professional registrants may purchase up to three companion badges for $75 each.

Log in to the RSNA 2025 registration website in advance of the annual meeting to purchase your badge(s).

Companion badges provide access to the Technical Exhibits, Learning Center and classrooms (space permitting; CME is not tracked/awarded).

Companion badges are intended for use by a spouse, family member or guest accompanying a professional registrant. To uphold the professional and educational standards of the RSNA annual meeting, children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the exhibit halls or sessions and are not eligible to receive a badge.

Co-workers, industry associates and Technical Exhibits Pass registrants are not eligible for this badge and must register as a professional and pay the applicable registration fee.

All attendees must pick up their badges and meeting materials onsite at designated areas throughout McCormick Place and special hotel satellite desks. A valid photo ID is required.

RSNA.org is the only authorized website where attendees can register for RSNA 2025. Please be aware of suspicious emails, ads and/or search results that link to websites unaffiliated with RSNA.

To avoid fraudulent websites that imitate RSNA.org and RSNA's affiliates, learn about our two trusted partners: Maritz and onPeak.

Maritz is RSNA’s only certified registration vendor for RSNA 2025. Before beginning the registration process, you will be prompted to log in to your RSNA account from RSNA.org and will continue the rest of the process through Maritz. You will then receive a confirmation email from eventconfirmation@events.cdsreg.com.

OnPeak is the only official, certified hotel partner for RSNA 2025. When you reserve your hotel through RSNA, your reservation is secure. RSNA has not authorized other travel companies. Don't risk sharing your credit card or personal information with unauthorized hotel solicitors or fraudulent websites.

In order to have access to the registration portal, Meeting Central, and the RSNA 2025 meeting app—including opportunities for a personalized certificate of attendance and credit claiming—please do not share your registration credentials with others.
No. Even though registration is included with your membership, you still need to register for RSNA 2025.

Meeting Central is a digital platform you can use to browse the annual meeting program, explore session information, stream sessions and view the exhibitor list.

Meeting Central and the meeting app let you choose sessions of interest, filtering by day and type, and explore theater presentations and available networking opportunities happening throughout the week. You can also favorite sessions and events to build a custom schedule that is accessible before and during the meeting.

Meeting Central and the meeting app can also be used to access Digital Presentations and the Case of the Day, claim CME credit, and catch up on meeting news with the Daily Bulletin. You can also access McCormick Place maps, transportation and dining information to help you get around and stay fueled during the meeting.

Whether you're accessing Meeting Central on your desktop or your mobile device, your schedule will automatically sync, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience no matter where you are.

Meeting Central and the meeting app will be available closer to the date of RSNA 2025. A PDF version of the program will be available in late July when registration opens.

Yes! An RSNA 2025 meeting app will be available to download in the App Store and Google Play closer to the date of the meeting.
Yes. Childcare at Camp RSNA will be free to members and available to non-members for a fee. Additional information will be available closer to the date of the meeting.
Yes! There will be a variety of social and networking events. Additional information will be available closer to the date of the meeting.

Technical Exhibits

The Technical Exhibits include more than 700 leading manufacturers, suppliers and developers and can be found in North Hall B, Level 3 and South Hall A, Level 3 at McCormick Place. The Technical Exhibits will be open Sunday, Nov. 30 to Wednesday, Dec. 3 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. CT.

The Technical Exhibits feature the popular AI Showcase, 3D Printing and Mixed Reality Showcase, the First-Time Exhibitor Pavilion, industry presentations, Corporate Symposiums, product demonstrations and a variety of theater presentations.

Attendees can network with a wide range of radiology-related companies, organizations and recruiters in academic and private practice in Recruiters Row. Plus, the RSNA Professional Portrait Studio offers free, high-quality headshots.

Yes, all industry programming and exhibitor listings will be available to all professional attendees (both in person and virtual) on demand through Feb. 27, 2026, noon CT. 

Please note:

  • Vendor workshops are not available on demand.
  • Industry programming is not available to exhibitors.

Meeting attendees can connect with exhibitors in both of the Technical Exhibit halls. Exhibitors cannot initiate contact with attendees through Meeting Central or the meeting app.
Exhibitors are allowed access to classrooms, if space permits, after all professional registrants have been seated. CME credit is not tracked or awarded for exhibitors. Exhibitor personnel wishing to obtain CME/ CE credit must register as a full conference professional attendee and pay the applicable registration fee.
