Registration

Beginning late July, attendees can register for RSNA 2026. Registration for Virtual Access Only will remain open through February 2027.

No, you must still register for RSNA 2026, regardless of your membership package.

In Person & Virtual Access

The In Person & Virtual Access package delivers the most complete way to experience RSNA 2026, combining full in-person participation with virtual access.

What's included: In-person access to eligible programming and Technical Exhibits at McCormick Place; Virtual access to six live-streamed plenary sessions in the Arie Crown Theater; Recordings of plenary, education, science and industry sessions through February 2027.

Session recordings will be available to view within three hours of their scheduled start time.

In Person Only 

The In Person Only package provides meeting attendance at McCormick Place for non-members.

What’s included: In-person access to all eligible programming at McCormick Place; In-person access to the Technical Exhibits and industry sessions at McCormick Place from Nov. 29 – Dec. 2; Recordings of industry sessions through February 2027.

Technical Exhibits Only

The Technical Exhibits Only package provides full access to the North and South Exhibit Halls at McCormick Place.

What's included: In-person access to the Technical Exhibits and industry sessions at McCormick Place from Nov. 29 – Dec. 2; Recordings of industry sessions through February 2027.

The Technical Exhibits Pass does not include access to educational programming. 

Virtual Access Only

The Virtual Access Only package provides live-streamed and on-demand access to RSNA 2026 sessions.

What's included: Virtual access to six live-streamed plenary sessions in the Arie Crown Theater; Recordings of plenary, education, science and industry sessions through February 2027.

Session recordings will be available to view within three hours of their scheduled start time.

  • RSNA members with the Basic or Standard membership packages automatically receive virtual access with their in-person registration.
  • Non-members may register for In Person & Virtual Access or Virtual Access Only.
  • Registration fees do not apply to members with the Full Access membership package.

The Full Access membership package provides the full meeting experience (In Person & Virtual Access) and offers exclusive lounge access at RSNA 2026, including:

  • Light meals, snacks and refreshments
  • Unlimited coffee and barista-made drinks
  • Relaxed seating with workstations, device charging and self-service coat check
  • Dedicated information desk
  • Expedited badge pickup inside the lounge

Yes. Customer support is available pre- and post- RSNA 2026 from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. CT. Please contact us at customerservice@rsna.org or call 1-630-571-2670 (in the U.S. and Canada) or 1-800-381-6660 (outside the U.S. and Canada).

Registrations are non-transferable—a new registration and payment are required for all attendees. If your plans change, you can request a refund of your registration fees by sending a written cancellation to RSNA@maritz.com. To receive a refund (minus a $50 administrative fee), your request must be received by Oct. 30, 2026. RSNA is unable to issue refunds for any cancellations received after Oct. 30, and registrations made after this date will be non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for registration packages that were purchased but not used.

Our cancellation and refund policy applies to additional registration items purchased, including RSNA Labs and conference extras, including Bistro RSNA tickets and RSNA After Dark tickets. Please note that the 5k Fun Run fees and RSNA R&E Foundation donations are tax-deductible and benefit the R&E Foundation. All Fun Run fees and donations are non-refundable.

Yes. Non-member registration categories of student, resident/trainee and medical imaging professional require verification to be processed. Badge classification is subject to RSNA approval and category or rate change. These categories require a business card, a letter from hospital administration stating your role in radiology, a valid RT license or student ID copy. Document upload is required during online registration. If verification qualifies you for a different registration category, the registration will automatically be reclassified and you will be charged the appropriate fee.

Registration is subject to cancellation if verification is not provided within five business days after registration.

No, guest badges are not available. However, spouses, family members or guests may accompany a professional registrant by registering in the appropriate category: Other (Non-Physician/Non-Industry).

The "Other" category includes attendees who:

  • Do not meet the criteria for professional radiology registration
  • Are not physicians
  • Are not industry employees, vendors, exhibitors or commercial representatives

Please be aware of suspicious emails, ads and/or search results that link to websites unaffiliated with RSNA. Fraudulent companies may attempt to imitate RSNA or its partners. RSNA encourages all annual meeting registrants to register at RSNA.org/Register.

Trusted RSNA Partners

To avoid fraudulent websites that imitate RSNA.org and RSNA's affiliates, learn about our two trusted partners: Maritz and onPeak.

Maritz (formerly CDS) is RSNA’s only certified registration vendor for RSNA 2026. Before beginning the registration process, you will be prompted to log in to your RSNA account from RSNA.org and will continue the rest of the process through Maritz. You will then receive a confirmation email from eventconfirmation@events.cdsreg.comPlease note: RSNA will never apply additional fees or VAT taxes to your registration fee.

onPeak is the only official, certified hotel partner for RSNA 2026. When you reserve your hotel through RSNA, your reservation is secure. RSNA has not authorized other travel companies. Don't risk sharing your credit card or personal information with unauthorized hotel solicitors or fraudulent websites.

RSNA 2026 programming begins at 9 a.m. CT on Sunday, Nov. 29, and runs through Thursday Dec. 3, concluding at 4:30 p.m. CT.

The Technical Exhibits are open Sunday, Nov. 29 through Wednesday, Dec. 2. from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. CT.

In order to have access to the registration portal, Meeting Central, and the RSNA 2026 meeting app—including opportunities for a personalized certificate of attendance and credit claiming—please do not share your registration credentials with others.

No. Even though registration is included with your membership, you still need to register for RSNA 2026.

Meeting Central is a digital platform you can use to browse the annual meeting program, explore session information, stream sessions, view the exhibitor list and find additional meeting-related information.

Meeting Central and the meeting app let you choose sessions of interest, filtering by day and type. You can also explore available networking opportunities and favorite sessions and events to build a custom schedule that is accessible before and during the meeting.

Meeting Central and the meeting app can also be used to access Digital Presentations and the Case of the Day, claim CME credit, and catch up on meeting news with the Daily Bulletin. You can also access McCormick Place maps, transportation and dining information to help you get around and stay fueled during the meeting.

Whether you're accessing Meeting Central on your desktop or your mobile device, your schedule will automatically sync, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience no matter where you are.

Yes! The RSNA 2026 meeting will be available to download in the App Store and Google Play closer to the date of the annual meeting.
Yes! There will be a variety of social and networking events. Additional information will be available closer to the date of the meeting.

Technical Exhibits

The Technical Exhibits include more than 700 leading manufacturers, suppliers and developers and can be found in North Hall B, Level 3 and South Hall A, Level 3 at McCormick Place. The Technical Exhibits will be open Sunday, Nov. 29 to Wednesday, Dec. 2 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. CT.

The Technical Exhibits feature the popular AI Showcase, Innovation Theater, Industry Expert Theater, Radiology Reimagined, the 3D Printing and Mixed Reality Showcase, the First-Time Exhibitor Pavilion, Start Ups, product demonstrations and vendor workshops.

Attendees can network with a wide range of radiology-related companies, organizations and recruiters in academic and private practice in Recruiters Row. Plus, the Professional Portrait Studio offers free, high-quality headshots.

The Technical Exhibits feature special areas such as the Bark Park, Innovation Park, Sustainability Park and Recharge Parks. Attendees are encouraged to visit these unique destinations and log their visits in the RSNA 2026 meeting app as part of the RSNA Road Trip, a gamified experience that allows attendees to scan visits and enter to win prizes.
