AI Showcase
Discover the latest AI solutions and connect with industry experts in the AI Showcase located in the South Hall, starting at Booth 3947. On Monday, Nov. 27, at 4 p.m. CT, RSNA will hold a special presentation to recognize the winners of the RSNA Abdominal Trauma Detection AI Challenge and the Screening Mammography Breast Cancer Detection AI Challenge.
RSNAI Resource Center
Visit the RSNAI Resource Center, located in the AI Showcase, South Hall, Booth 4665, where you can learn about the AI-related resources and educational opportunities RSNA provides, including the RSNA Imaging AI Certificate Program and data collection efforts through the Medical Imaging and Data Resource Center (MIDRC).
Imaging AI In Practice Demonstration
Visit the Imaging AI in Practice booth, in the AI Showcase, South Hall, Booth 4358, to see demonstrations of new tools and practice enhancements enabled by AI in real-world clinical scenarios. These 30-minute, multi-vendor interoperability demonstrations showcase new technologies and communication standards needed to integrate AI into the diagnostic radiology workflow.
3D Printing & Mixed Reality Showcase
Located in North Hall, starting at Booth 8000, the 3D Printing & Mixed Reality Showcase is the place to network with customers and partners engaged in 3D medical printing research and development. This showcase offers attendees the opportunity to see and interact with the latest products for 3D printing and augmented and virtual reality.
The RSNA 3D Special Interest Group (SIG) offers an opportunity for attendees to share their experience, innovations and challenges in creating 3D printed anatomical models and guides. The 3D Printing SIG Showcase will include a special display of 3D models and case studies submitted by institutions that practice 3D printing.
First-Time Exhibitor Pavilion
This year, RSNA is welcoming over 120 new companies to the exhibit floor and many can be found in the First-Time Exhibitor Pavilion, starting at Booth 3347. Connect with these annual meeting newcomers and see their products and services in a showcase area inside the South Hall. Throughout the Exhibit Halls, these exhibitors will be identified with a First-Time Exhibitor logo.
Recruiters Row
Visit the expanded RSNA Career Resource Center, located in Recruiters Row, starting at Booth 1011. This hub for recruiters and job seekers is the perfect place to connect and explore available career opportunities. Schedule time to meet with prospective employers and network, mingle or relax in the new lounge area. While you’re there, stop in the RSNA Professional Portrait Studio, Booth 1029, to update your professional headshot.

In addition, look for a schedule of Fireside Chats in the Career Resource Center, Booth 1042, featuring discussions on important aspects of career management and professional development in the field of radiology.
Educators Row
Meet with representatives from educational institutions and leading medical associations from around the world in Educators Row, located in the South Hall, starting at Booth 1000. Visit RSNA journals staff at Booth 1006 where you can ask questions about any of RSNA’s peer-reviewed journals.
Vendor Workshops
Get first-hand experience on an exhibiting company’s proprietary systems by attending user training and product instruction in classroom spaces located within the Technical Exhibits. Vendor Workshops are scheduled between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., Sunday through Wednesday. Vendor workshops are not offered for CME credit through RSNA and are available only inperson. Exhibit Hall Happy Hour
Join RSNA 2023 exhibitors on Tuesday, Nov. 28, for Exhibit Hall Happy Hour. During this free event, participating exhibitors will be serving appetizers, alcoholic beverages and other refreshments from 2 to 5 p.m. at their respective booths. Don’t miss the fun including live music and giant Jenga and Connect Four games. Visit the online exhibitor directory for a list of participating companies.
NEW! Pop-Up Massage Relaxation Station
Massage therapists for your shoulders and feet will be available on Monday, Nov. 27. Get a 10-minute treatment during the meeting with electronic foot massage stations, shoulder and back massage, aromatherapy, complimentary device charging and relaxing music. These pop-up stations will be available in the North Hall, near Bistro RSNA from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., so be sure to visit and find your moment of Zen.
NEW! Hydration Stations
Located down the main aisle of each hall, look for Hydration Stations where you can fill up your reusable water bottle to stay hydrated during the meeting. Don’t have a reusable water bottle? Visit the RSNA Shop in the Connections Center or at the Grand Concourse Info Desk to buy an RSNA-branded one to carry with you throughout the meeting.
Corporate Programming: Industry Insights and Discussions
Industry presentations at RSNA 2023 allow attendees to explore cutting-edge products, services and solutions to enhance patient care, streamline operations and learn how to navigate today’s health care landscape. The complete listing of industry presentations can be found at Meeting.RSNA.org.
Corporate Symposiums: Participate in focused one-hour education sessions presented by RSNA exhibitors and sponsors throughout the week.
Innovation Theater: These 15-minute live presentations feature the latest imaging innovations from exhibiting companies and will take place Sunday through Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
Lunch & Learns: Participate in panel discussions, demonstrations and lectures with company leadership and medical professionals while you enjoy a midday meal. These will be held Sunday through Wednesday.
Bistro RSNA
Enjoy a delicious midday meal in a comfortable setting when you dine at Bistro RSNA. This savory buffet experience features a different menu concept each day and provides ample seating for dining and networking with colleagues. Open Sunday through Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Bistro RSNA has locations in each Technical Exhibit hall. Onsite tickets may be purchased for $29 per meal.
Virtual Exhibits
Visit even more exhibitors online in the Virtual Exhibits. Both in-person and Virtual Access attendees can view industry programming and the Virtual Exhibits through April 30, 2024, noon CT. Learn more about available virtual industry programming at Meeting.RSNA.org.
In-Person and Virtual Industry Presentations
Access livestreamed presentations from many of the in-person Corporate Symposiums and Lunch & Learns with audio and video recordings available on demand after the presentation. Every presentation in the AI Theater will have available virtual slideshows and audio recordings within 24 hours after each presentation.
Virtual-Only Industry Programming
Select exhibitors will offer virtual-only presentations and booths where you can engage with company representatives through the virtual access platform.
