RSNA 2026 Technical Exhibits Spotlight Medical Imaging Innovation
Explore the innovations and experiences shaping the future of medical imaging
RSNA has unveiled Technical Exhibits highlights at RSNA 2026: At the Center of Care, the Society’s 112th Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting, taking place at Chicago’s McCormick Place Nov. 29–Dec. 3, 2026.
Spanning the North and South Halls of McCormick Place, Technical Exhibits will occupy over 421,000 feet of show floor space. More than 700 companies have registered to exhibit thus far, and more than 120 are exhibiting at RSNA for the first time.
“Innovation and industry are key to the future of healthcare, and radiology truly is at the center of its most important advancements,” said John P. Jaworski, RSNA’s assistant executive director of Meeting Services & Corporate Relations. “We’re proud to host radiology’s largest technical exhibition, including the largest in clinical artificial intelligence.”
From industry giants to breakthrough startups, RSNA 2026 exhibitors will demonstrate equipment, software and services that traverse the spectrum of medical imaging technology.
Explore AI and Emerging Technologies
New for 2026, the Innovation Park is the destination for ideas and collaboration. Located in the South Hall, this Park features the Startup Showcase, where attendees can connect with emerging companies and the next generation of innovators transforming the field. This Park also houses its own Innovation Theater, designed for presentations that highlight new approaches to imaging challenges, and the Solutions Gallery, where attendees can view a curated collection of technologies before and after presentations and continue the conversation with exhibitors. Meanwhile, companies in the First-Time Exhibitor Pavilion make their RSNA debut from regions across the globe, offering products and services for every specialty and need.
The AI Showcase in the South Hall will once again feature the latest in AI-powered software and solutions across a 52,000-square-foot show floor. Attendees can view AI Theater presentations and talk face-to-face with exhibitors about how AI can revolutionize their practice. More than 100 companies plan to demonstrate AI and machine learning solutions within the Showcase and at their exhibit booths. On Wednesday, Dec. 2 at 3 p.m., a special presentation will announce the winners of the 2026 RSNA Knee Abnormality Detection AI Challenge.
Publishers, radiology associations and educational institutions have a presence in Educators Row in the South Hall, while Recruiters Row—a must-stop for job seekers—will house more than 80 recruiting companies beginning. Attendees can have a free professional headshot taken at Portrait Studio located in Recruiters Row for a fresh update to online profiles and CVs. Career Connect, RSNA’s online career platform, takes the job search beyond the annual meeting.
