RSNA has announced the launch of RSNA Ventures, a mission-aligned subsidiary created to drive innovation in radiology and imaging technologies. RSNA Ventures will serve to identify and accelerate innovative ideas that enhance the practice of radiology, improve patient care and advance the field of medical imaging.

RSNA Ventures is designed to be a dynamic entity for advancing early-stage ideas, technologies and partnerships that have the potential to reshape the future of medicine. RSNA Ventures will work independently or through partnerships with startups, academic institutions, industry leaders and investors to develop new technologies, leverage the power of AI, address barriers in care delivery and make strategic investments to improve patient care.

“RSNA Ventures represents a bold step forward in our commitment to transforming radiology,” said RSNA Executive Director Mark G. Watson. “By creating a dedicated vehicle for innovation, we can explore forward-thinking solutions to meet the evolving needs of radiologists, while reinvesting in and maintaining our commitment to RSNA’s core mission.”

“We see RSNA Ventures as a launchpad—not just for new ideas, but for meaningful impact,” said Jeffrey S. Klein, MD, Chair of the RSNA Board of Directors. “By combining RSNA’s expertise, credibility and reach with the agility of a startup-minded approach, we’re uniquely positioned to drive innovation that matters.”

RSNA Ventures welcomes collaborations with startups, academic institutions, industry partners and investors to transform the future of radiology.
