This year’s theme, Imaging the Individual, emphasizes the importance of personalized patient care in radiology.
In addition to seven plenary sessions, attendees can explore more than 3,500 posters and exhibits, over 300+ educational courses and over 800 science presentations. Get Started
Begin your experience at Meeting Central. Optimized for mobile, Meeting Central and the RSNA 2025 meeting app (available on App Store or Google Play) let you browse the program, explore sessions, view exhibitors and build a personalized schedule.
Filter sessions, presentations and networking opportunities, and look for favorite speakers or events. You’ll also find Digital Posters, Case of the Day and CME claiming. Your information automatically syncs across devices for a seamless experience wherever you are. A live chat agent is available on Meeting Central during the meeting to answer questions.
In-Person and Virtual Access
All RSNA members who register to attend the annual meeting in person automatically get Virtual Access. Experience the meeting from anywhere with access to livestream and on-demand sessions through Meeting Central or the meeting app. Attendees with Virtual Access can explore content until Feb. 27, 2026, at 12 p.m. CT.
Full Access Membership Lounge
If you have the Full Access Membership package, you’re entitled entry to the exclusive Full Access Membership Lounge in Room N230. Here you can pick up your meeting badge, get help at a dedicated information desk and relax with complimentary coffee and snacks. Don’t have Full Access yet? Upgrade before you register for RSNA 2025 by contacting customer service at 1-877-776-2636 (in the U.S. and Canada) or 1-630-571-7873 (outside the U.S. and Canada).
Free Wi-fi
Free wireless connectivity is available throughout McCormick Place. Please note: the wireless networks are not secure and should not be used for sending sensitive information.
Zen Zone
Take a break between sessions to relax and recharge in the Zen Zone, located in Room N227A. Enjoy quiet reflection, aromatherapy, meditative music and self-guided yoga.

Badge Pickup and Onsite Registration
Attendees are encouraged to complete their registration in advance online at Meeting Central or at designated registration areas in McCormick Place.
Badges should be picked up at badge pick up locations. A valid photo ID is required.
Your badge acts as a virtual business card and is encoded with demographic information you provided during registration. Upon request, exhibitors with lead retrieval may scan your badge to access your contact details.

Pick up your official meeting bag, made from recycled polyethylene terephthalate (rPET), and the RSNA 2025 Meeting Guide at one of the self-service distribution areas located in the Lakeside Center East, Level 2, and South Building, Level 1, near S100 Registration.

Daily Bulletin
Stay up to date during RSNA 2025 with the Daily Bulletin, the only official annual meeting newspaper. Daily issues are available at kiosks throughout McCormick Place and cover science and education sessions, must-see events and key opportunities.

All week, registered attendees receive a daily e-mail with program updates, event highlights and promotional offers from our corporate partners. Don’t miss important push notifications from the meeting app for timely opportunities and daily highlights.
Help Onsite
Get quick answers to your questions about the annual meeting or your membership at one of the Meeting Information & Member Services Desks in the Grand Concourse, Level 3, or in the Connections Center, Level 3, Lakeside Center East.
Help is also available at the information desk located in the Grand Concourse, Level 2.5, where you can get assistance navigating the facility, Metra trains and other directional questions.

Register for the RSNA 5k Fun Run
Registration is open for the RSNA 5k Fun Run, taking place Tuesday, Dec. 2 at 7 a.m. at Arvey Field, South Grant Park. This popular annual meeting event supports the R&E Foundation.
Register in advance on Meeting Central. The advance registration fee is $40. Beginning Nov. 30, onsite registration is available at the RSNA 5k Fun Run Desk in McCormick Place. The fee is $50. All registration fees are considered a donation and are nonrefundable.

Take the RSNA Road Trip and commemorate your RSNA 2025 experience with a selfie at the starting line located at the front of the North Exhibit Hall. Don't miss several photo spots located throughout McCormick Place:
