RadioGraphics Looking for Residents to Join Subspecialty Review Panel

Apply by May 11 to participate in RSNA 2018 activities

Applications are available for the RadioGraphics Resident Subspecialty Review Panel, which will provide input on educational exhibits for RSNA 2018 that are relevant to trainee education.

Panelists will review RSNA 2018 educational exhibits and submit recommendations for RadioGraphics publication solicitation. The RadioGraphics Residents and Fellow Education Committee will review the panel’s recommendations to determine which exhibits will be considered for publication.

In November, prior to RSNA 2018, panelists will have access to the electronic exhibit review system where they will view the exhibits, attach review notes and make recommendations. Onsite at RSNA 2018, panelists will review poster boards and computer-based exhibits that lack an electronic file in the RSNA Digital Presentation System and provide the same feedback.

Eligible residents must be:

  • Enrolled in a radiology residency program in November 2018 during the annual meeting and at least a second-year resident.
  • Able to review educational exhibits prior to RSNA 2018 and attend an onsite meeting in Chicago on Tuesday, Nov. 27.

Residents should complete the online application form, upload their CV and provide at least three examples of leadership roles or activities in which they have participated in their professional or personal life. Residents should also share how they believe this RSNA position will help them attain their career goals and provide a summary of their qualifications.

The application requires a Program Director Acknowledgement Form, which must be signed and completed before beginning the application.

Applications are due by Friday, May 11, and selected applicants will be notified via email by the end of June.

Questions can be directed to customerservice@rsna.org.
