Badge registration

Badge Registration Opens on Wednesday, July 24, at 10:30 AM CT

Badge Allotment:

  • Each exhibiting company is allotted (5) five complimentary badges for each 100 square feet of exhibit space purchased.
  • Non-exhibitor meeting suites and Standard and Deluxe kiosk rentals are also allotted (5) five complimentary badges.
  • Start-Up Showcase kiosks receive an allotment of (2) two exhibitor badges.
  • A $50 fee will be assessed for each badge over the complimentary allotment.
  • No refunds will be issued for badges purchased but not used.

Badge Access:

  • An exhibitor badge allows access to the two technical exhibit halls, the Learning Center, and educational sessions, if space permits, after all professional registrants have entered.
  • CME or CE credit is not tracked or awarded to those with exhibitor badges.
  • Exhibitor personnel that wish to obtain CME/CE credit must register as a full conference professional registrant and pay the applicable registration fee.

Exhibitor Personnel:

  • Employee of company: sales, marketing, executive, operations, etc.
  • 6:00 AM – PM access during set-up, show days and tear-down.

Distributor Personnel:

  • Dealers and independent sales representatives who are contracted to staff the booth.
  • 6:00 AM – PM access during set-up, show days and tear-down.

Badge Distribution:

  • Group Pick-up: company’s main contact will be required to set up an on-site appointment to pick up all company exhibitor personnel badges. It is the main contact’s responsibility to distribute badges to the appropriate exhibitor personnel. On-site appointments will be scheduled in November online through the exhibitor registration portal.
  • Individual Pick-up: individual exhibitor personnel will pick up their own badges on-site at any registration location and will be required to show a photo ID. Individual exhibitor personnel badges can only be picked up by the registered individual.
  • FedEx or UPS: companies with a badge allotment of 50 badges or more will have the option to have their badges mailed via FedEx or UPS. Exhibiting company will be required to supply FedEx or UPS account number and assume the cost of shipping.

Complimentary Guest Passes

  • Each exhibiting company and non-exhibitor meeting suite renter receives an allotment of complimentary guest passes.
  • Each guest pass may be used for a one-day badge to visit the technical exhibits hall (a $355 value)
  • The formula used to determine the number of guest passes a company or renter will receive is:

  • Guest passes will be found in the exhibitor registration and hotel reservation website beginning July 24.
  • We encourage you to share guest passes with your current and prospective customers that you would like to see at RSNA 2019!

Visa Letter Requests

  • RSNA offers an official letter of invitation for RSNA 2019 registrants.
  • The letter of invitation, although not required for the visa application, can assist as a supporting document.
  • Request a visa letter online by visiting RSNA.org/Visas.
