Showcase your innovations in the Startup Showcase—an exclusive area in the RSNA exhibit hall designed to give emerging companies maximum exposure to key decision-makers.
As medical technology spurs new innovations, an increasing number of startup companies in the healthcare sector are seeking investors, networking partners and increased sales. Engage with radiology professionals, network with industry experts and present your products or services to potential investors at the RSNA annual meeting.
The Startup Showcase is located in the Technical Exhibits, South Hall, within the Innovation Park adjacent to the First-Time Exhibitor Pavilion.
Exhibitor Eligibility
- Company must be incorporated for less than 5 years
- Company revenue must not exceed $10M
- Company must not exceed $20M in investment funding
- Product/service must be related to medical imaging
Companies meeting one or more of the following are NOT eligible to exhibit as a startup:
- Resellers of existing products
- Companies that previously exhibited with a booth at the RSNA annual meeting
- Subsidiaries of current or previous RSNA exhibitors
- Companies purchased or funded by a current or previous RSNA exhibitor

The Startup Showcase offers an easy, turn-key experience for emerging companies.
Kiosk cost: $3,625
Package Includes
- 2 stools
- Backwall (includes company logo and RSNA branding)
- Locking storage cabinet with counter (monitors may be placed on the cabinet; exhibitors may supply their own monitor or rent them through our approved AV contractor)
- Carpeting
- 10amp electrical connection
- 2 complimentary exhibitor badges (additional badges can be purchased)
- One four-minute presentation at the Industry Theater on Sunday, Nov. 29 (valued at $700)
- 1 handheld lead retrieval scanner rental (valued at $600)
- Company will be listed in the Exhibitor Directory, Meeting App and Technical Exhibits Guide
- Upgraded exhibitor listing on the Exhibitor Directory (valued at $300)
- Company will earn 4 historical priority points toward future exhibit participation
- Complimentary public Wi-Fi; if you are relying on the internet to showcase your product or service, we strongly recommend purchasing a wired internet connection (RSNAnet)
