Uploading your presentation 

When you’re finished recording, you’ll need to upload your presentation into the RSNA faculty website. Follow the instructions below to successfully add your files into Orchestrate—the hub for your virtual presentation needs.

Step one
Choose the appropriate link below and follow the system prompts by clicking on the icon under the video upload column.
Submit oral, scientific presentation files here: abstract.rsna.org

Step two 
You will receive a confirmation email once your files have been successfully uploaded into Orchestrate. If you don’t receive a confirmation email within an hour, please contact orchestrate@freemanco.com.

Until your presentation has been either approved or denied by RSNA staff, the status within Orchestrate will display as pending. Once your presentation has been reviewed by RSNA staff, you will receive an email indicating a status change. If your presentation is denied, you will receive an email with further instruction. 

Note: Once your presentation has been uploaded, no further changes can be made.
Step three
Although not required, we recommend you take advantage of the option to include your headshot and biography.

To add a biography, click on your name in the right-hand corner of the site and select “My Profile.” Next, click on the “Biography” tab and place your information into the text box. To add a headshot, click on the image icon next to your name and upload a .PNG file.

Contact the Freeman support team at orchestrate@freemanco.com. When contacting support, please reference RSNA as the meeting name and provide the presenter’s full name.
