RSNA’s trusted meeting registration vendor

CDS is RSNA’s only certified registration vendor for RSNA 2022. Before beginning the registration process, you will be prompted to log in to your RSNA account from RSNA.org and will continue the rest of the process through CDS. You will then receive a confirmation email from @xpressreg.net.

RSNA’s trusted hotel & travel agency partners

onPeak is RSNA’s only hotel partner. To reserve your hotel room through onPeak, visit RSNA’s official hotel page, click “Reserve my hotel now” and continue to onPeak’s website to finish the reservation process.

FHTglobal and ACE Marketing are RSNA’s international travel agency partners — they are the only agencies RSNA is partnered with for RSNA 2022. For information on how to build an international travel package or request a hotel block for a group, visit our official group registration and hotel reservations page to find an option that fits your travel needs.

RSNA has not authorized other travel companies. Don't risk sharing your credit card or personal information with unauthorized hotel solicitors or fraudulent travel websites.

Early-bird registration was available through Oct. 2 and has now ended. A $100 increase to all registration categories, including members, began on Oct. 3.

Registration for the in-person meeting at McCormick Place will remain open until the last day of RSNA 2022 (December 1). Registration for Virtual Access will remain open until noon CT on May 1, 2023.

• Name changes are not allowed. New registration and payment are required.
• Registrations are non-transferable.
• All registration cancellations must be made in writing to RSNA@xpressreg.net by Oct. 28 to receive a refund.
• Registration cancellations received by Oct. 28 will result in a refund of paid fees.
• Refund requests received after Oct. 28 will not be accepted nor refunded.
• No refunds will be issued for registration packages purchased and not used.
• 5k Fun Run fees and RSNA Research and Education (R&E) Foundation donations are tax deductible and benefit the R&E Foundation. All Fun Run fees and donations are non-refundable.

Yes. Professional registrants are entitled to purchase a companion badge for $50 each.

Companion badges provide access to the Technical Exhibits Halls, Learning Center and classrooms (space permitting; CME is not tracked/awarded).

Companion badges are intended for use by a spouse, family member or guest accompanying a professional registrant. To uphold the professional and educational standards of the RSNA annual meeting, children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the exhibit halls or sessions and are not eligible to receive a badge.

Co-workers, industry associates and Technical Exhibits Pass registrants are not eligible for this badge and must register as a professional and pay the applicable registration fee.

Yes. Non-member registration categories of student, resident/trainee and radiology support personnel require verification to be processed. Badge classification is subject to RSNA approval and category or rate change.

These categories require a business card, a letter from hospital administration stating your role in radiology, a valid RT license or student ID copy. Upload is required during online registration. If verification qualifies you for a different registration category, the registration will automatically be reclassified and you will be charged the appropriate fee.

Registration is subject to cancellation if verification is not provided within five business days after registration.

No. RSNA 2022 registration does not include travel expenses, meals, hotel accommodations or social events.

As a health care organization, RSNA is strongly committed to protecting the health and safety of all meeting attendees and personnel. The Society is actively working with the City of Chicago and McCormick Place to implement public health protocols and best practices to provide the safest possible meeting environment. We will continue to monitor recommendations issued by the CDC and state/local health authorities and will adjust health and safety protocols as needed. RSNA will not require vaccine validation for RSNA 2022. Specific information regarding masking policies will be posted in early November on our health and safety page.

RSNA 2022 Virtual Access is available for individuals who are impacted by institutional, corporate or national travel restrictions. Virtual Access will feature nearly 100% of all programming.

Yes. Attendees who select the In Person Only package also get Virtual Access to all virtual exhibitors, industry presentations and interactive demos.

All attendees must pick up their badges and meeting materials onsite at designated areas throughout McCormick Place. A valid photo ID is required.

Yes. Child care at Camp RSNA will be free to members and available to non-members for a fee.

Camp RSNA will be offered this year at no cost to RSNA members! Members can register for child care through the RSNA 2022 registration process.

Non-members
Non-members can also experience the convenience of Camp RSNA (registration fee required). Sign up for childcare services.

Yes! There will be two all-attendee events taking place.

Last Call in the Exhibit Halls
Nov. 30 | 2–4 p.m.

Take one last walk around the exhibits with refreshments in hand and raise a glass to a successful and educational RSNA 2022! Last Call in the Exhibit Halls is a free social event taking place on the last day the Technical Exhibits are open and provides attendees with the opportunity to engage with exhibitors, friends and colleagues.

Participating exhibitors will be serving appetizers, beer, wine and other liquid refreshments at their respective booths.

RSNA After Dark
Nov. 30 | 9 p.m. to midnight

Keep the RSNA 2022 momentum flowing, put on your dancing shoes and join us at one of Chicago’s most exclusive, late-night venues for an all-attendee party at TAO Chicago — a posh nightclub located in a historic building in the vibrant River North neighborhood.

RSNA After Dark is a ticketed event. Price includes entry to the venue, open bar, small bites and music from a world-class DJ. Let’s get this RSNA 2022 party started!

Cost: $65 (tickets are limited). Must be 21 to enter, photo ID required upon entry.

Advance purchase is required and can be completed through the RSNA 2022 registration process.
