RSNA offers exhibitors the ability to reserve space for meetings and events at McCormick Place and locations throughout Chicago.

Onsite meeting suite options

Conveniently located within both exhibit halls, RSNA meeting suites are the ideal place to connect and conduct business privately with staff, customers and potential clients throughout the entire week. Meeting suites are available to exhibiting and non-exhibiting companies.

Meeting suites are unfurnished so you can create a safe and inviting environment for you and your guests. Companies are permitted to have food and beverage service within their meeting suite from the exclusive food and beverage provider for McCormick Place, SAVOR.

To reserve a meeting suite, log in to the RSNA Exhibitor Portal and select the "Purchase Additional Items" tile.

Standard meeting suite

  • Standard suite size: 13 feet by 16 feet
  • 10-foot-high walls with locking door
  • Carpet
  • One identifying sign: 22 inches by 28 inches

Exhibitor fee: $8,250
Non-exhibitor fee: $10,750

Deluxe meeting suite

  • Deluxe suite size: 13 feet by 23 feet
  • 10-foot-high walls with locking door
  • Carpet
  • One identifying sign: 22 inches by 28 inches

Exhibitor fee: $15,225
Non-exhibitor fee: $19,775

Onsite headquarter office space

Located within the Technical Exhibits Halls, headquarter offices are a quiet area away from your booth. Use the space as a company break or lunchroom, check-in point for staff or for quick meetings throughout the week. Headquarter offices are restricted to exhibit personnel only and should not be used in conjunction with booth activities. The minimum size is 10 feet by 10 feet and space can be rented in 100 square-foot increments.

The deadline to order headquarter office space is July 31. For additional questions regarding onsite headquarter office space, contact exhibits@rsna.org.

Off-site function space

In conjunction with RSNA 2023, RSNA exhibitors can host off-site meetings or events at restaurants, RSNA contracted hotels or other facilities.

Types of functions

  • Entertainment/social events: Dinners, receptions and other events with no formal educational programming
  • Focus groups: Meetings that target a specific group of attendees to obtain specific data
  • Staff/company meetings: Limited to exhibiting company staff only and should not include professional attendees

Bus transportation to social events

Transportation to and from the event cannot start prior to or end after the designated times. Transportation from McCormick Place ends at 6:15 p.m. CT from Sunday through Wednesday and at 5 p.m. CT on Thursday.

RPMs is contracted as the RSNA official transportation company. If you need to make transportation arrangements for your function, please email RSNAtransportation@rhodeplanning.com.

Any exhibiting company planning to have buses drop off or pick up passengers at McCormick Place must notify RPMs, (RSNA's official shuttle bus provider) by sending an email to RSNAtransportation@rhodeplanning.com as we will need to provide specific instructions in advance of arriving at McCormick Place.
