How do I register?

We recommend that you register online. Online registration is the fastest and most secure option.

You may also register via phone or submit your completed registration form (PDF) via fax or mail.

How much does it cost to attend?

Members attend the annual meeting for FREE if registered by October 26. Become a member by November 15 to attend the RSNA annual meeting as a member. As an RSNA member, you will also receive a reduced registration rate for the Virtual Meeting. Other member benefits include journal subscriptions, online education resources and grant opportunities through the RSNA Research & Education Foundation.

What does the registration fee include?

The RSNA standard package includes everything you have come to expect from medical imaging's leading forum:

Are meals and travel expenses included in my registration fee?

The standard registration fee for RSNA 2018 does not include travel expenses, meals, hotel accommodations or social events.

When do I need to register?

Register online for RSNA 2018, even after the meeting begins November 25. View our registration packages to find the option that works best for you.

You can also register onsite at McCormick Place in Chicago, beginning November 25. 

When will I get my badge?

All attendees will pick up their badge and meeting materials at designated areas throughout McCormick Place or at designated hotel pick-up locations. You must show a valid photo ID when picking up your badge. RSNA will not mail badges in advance of the meeting.

What is the registration cancellation policy?

All registration cancellations must be made in writing to by October 26, 2018. A $50 administrative charge applies per canceled registration. Refund requests received after October 26 are not accepted. Name changes are not allowed — new registration and payment is required.

The cancellation policy applies to all registrations, including those processed after October 26.

Can I bring a guest with me?

Full conference professional registrants are entitled to one complimentary spouse/family member badge. Each additional badge is $50. This badge is intended for use by a spouse or family member (age 16 and over) accompanying a professional registrant to the meeting. It allows access to technical exhibit halls, the Learning Center and classrooms (space permitting) after all professional registrants have been seated. CME credit is not tracked or awarded. A colleague or industry associate is NOT eligible for this badge and must register as a professional and pay the applicable registration fee. Spouse/family member badges are subject to RSNA approval.

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the exhibit halls or sessions and will not receive a badge.

Can I request an international invitation letter?

Yes. Request a customized invitation letter to RSNA 2018 when you register online or complete the online form. While the letter of invitation is not required for the visa application, it can assist as a supporting document. Present this letter of invitation from RSNA to the consular officer during the visa interview.
