When does registration open?
How much does it cost to attend RSNA 2019 for members?
Members attend RSNA 2019 for FREE*. Join RSNA by November 15 to attend the meeting as a member —just another reason it’s better when you belong!
*Some membership categories increase by $170 after November 1. Register early to take full advantage of the free registration!
If I join RSNA before Nov. 1, can I still attend the meeting for free?
Yes, if you join RSNA and then register for the meeting by Nov. 1, you can save as much as $1,045 on the Standard Registration. RSNA membership pays for itself if you attend the meeting. How much does it cost to attend the annual meeting as a non-member?
RSNA offers a variety of registration packages for non-members. Please visit our website for more details on our registration packages and prices for non-members.
What is included in my registration fee for RSNA 2019?
Standard registration includes six days of conference attendance, with access to 400+ educational courses, 700+ technical exhibits, industry presentations, CME opportunities and more. You can also upgrade your package to include Virtual Meeting to enhance and extend your meeting experience.

Are meals and travel expenses included in my registration fee for RSNA 2019?
No, registration for RSNA 2019 does not include travel expenses, meals, hotel accommodations or social events.
When do I need to register for RSNA 2019?
You can register on-site, but the last day for discounted registration fees is Friday, November 1. Registrations after this date will incur an added $170 fee for most categories, including RSNA Members.
When will I get my badge?
Badges will not be mailed in advance. All attendees must pick up badges and meeting materials onsite at designated registration areas throughout McCormick Place, or at designated hotel locations. A valid photo ID is required.
What is the registration cancellation policy?
- Name changes are not allowed; new registration and payment is required.
- Registrations and badges are non-transferable.
- All registration cancellations must be made in writing to email@example.com by November 1 to receive a refund.
- Registration cancellations received by November 1 will result in a refund of paid fees, minus a $50 administrative fee.
- Refund requests received after November 1 will not be accepted or refunded.
- No refunds will be issued for registration packages purchased and not used.
- No travel expenses will be reimbursed for travel related to the Annual Meeting. Travel fees are incurred at the registrant’s own risk.
Can I bring a guest with me?
Full conference professional registrants are entitled to one complimentary spouse/family member badge; each additional badge is $50. Each spouse/family member badge is subject to RSNA approval.
The complimentary badge is intended for use by a spouse or family member (age 16 and over) accompanying a professional registrant to the meeting. It allows access to technical exhibit halls, Learning Center, and classrooms (space permitting, after all professional registrants have been seated). CME credit is not tracked or awarded. A co-worker or industry associate is NOT eligible for this badge and must register as a professional and pay the applicable registration fee.
To uphold the professional and educational standards of the RSNA annual meeting, children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the exhibit halls or sessions and will not receive a badge.
Can I request an international invitation letter?
RSNA offers an official letter of invitation for RSNA 2019 attendees. The letter of invitation, although not required for the visa application, can assist as a supporting document. Present this letter of invitation from RSNA to the Consular Officer during the visa interview.

All visa applicants are advised to apply for their visas as soon as travel to the United States is contemplated and not later than 3 to 4 months in advance. Apply early!
