Target move-in assignments

With the assistance of Freeman, RSNA’s general contractor, we assign target move-in dates to give exhibiting companies the maximum setup time possible to construct their RSNA 2024 exhibit.

Target move-in assignments are based on exhibit size and complexity, proximity to freight doors, impact on surrounding exhibitors and overall movement of freight within the exhibit halls.

Companies have been assigned target move-in dates between Nov. 21–27. All booths must be show-ready by 9 a.m. CT on Sunday, Dec. 1.

Please note: Sunday, Nov. 24 is a dark day and Thursday, Nov. 28 is a national holiday. Exhibit halls will be closed and exhibitors will not be permitted to work on this day.

Technical Exhibits schedule and target move-in assignments

Trucks can begin checking in at the marshaling yard two-hours prior to your target move-in assignment. Your target move-in assignment is the date/time that your freight must arrive at McCormick Place.

Please note: Your target date/time is for check-in only and does not represent the time you will be unloaded. Please allow up to four hours for complete unloading of your freight from the time the unloading process begins and schedule labor accordingly. Avoid potential carrier wait times on your target move-in date by shipping to the Freeman advance warehouse.

  • Those who are scheduled in the 7 a.m. CT slot will begin the unloading process by 11 a.m. CT
  • Those who are scheduled in the 11 a.m. CT slot will begin the unloading process by 3 p.m. CT

Tip: You can also view your target move-in assignment date/time in the Exhibitor Service Kit under the “Shipping & Material Handling Information” tile.
