Medical associations, institutions and hospitals may request function space at any of the RSNA contracted hotels or at McCormick Place for the purpose of social events and small committee meetings.

How much does it cost to attend RSNA 2015?Members attend RSNA 2015 for FREE. Become a member by September 1 to receive free advance registration—just another reason it’s better when you belong!
For hundreds less, you can become a member of RSNA and enjoy a wealth of other benefits, including journal subscriptions, education resources, grant opportunities, and myRSNA, an online workstation where you can earn instant CME and explore annual meeting exhibits and presentations. Non-members can attend the annual meeting for $900.
When do I need to register for RSNA 2015?North American attendees must registerby November 6 to receive the discounted registration fee and badge mailed to you in advance. International visitors must register by October 16 to receive these materials in advance.
Registrations received after November 6 will be
processed at an increased fee and badge must be obtained at the McCormick Place Convention Center.
When will I get my badge?
Badges and course tickets will be mailed to all international registrants enrolled by October 16 and North American registrants by November 6. After these dates, badges will be printed at the McCormick Place Convention Center.
What is the registration cancellation policy? $50 administrative fee cancel in writing by 11/6. No refunds after 11/6.
Can I bring a guest with me?
Full conference professional registrants are entitled to one complimentary spouse/family member badge; each additional badge is $50. This badge is intended for use by a spouse or family member (16 and over) accompanying a full conference professional registrant to the meeting. It allows access to technical exhibit halls, Lakeside Learning Center, and classrooms, space permitting, after all professional registrants have been seated. CME credit is not tracked or awarded. A co-worker or industry associate is not eligible for this badge and must register as a professional and pay the applicable registration fee.To uphold the professional and educational standards of the RSNA annual meeting, children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the exhibit halls or sessions and will not receive a badge.
How do I make a hotel reservation?
Hotel rooms are available only to registered individuals. Chicago offers a magnificent variety of accommodations and rates. Register and secure a hotel room at RSNA.org/Register. RSNA encourages you to book early for the best selection as hotel rooms may become limited closer to the meeting.
When is the deadline to book a hotel?
November 6, 2015
Reservations may be secured with a major credit card at time of booking and will require a deposit equal to a one night stay including tax is required to confirm your hotel reservation. The credit card must be valid through December 2015 and will be charged by the hotel approximately two weeks before the annual meeting. If the credit card is declined, the reservation may be cancelled by the Hotel. Registrants can also send a check or money order (payable to RSNA) for the hotel deposit.
Prior to November 6 contact email@example.com for hotel changes. Name changes and/or swapping of room reservations is not allowed.
Between November 9-17, reservations and deposits will be transferred from Experient to the hotels and therefore cannot be altered during this period.
After November 17th, contact the hotel directly to make a change to your reservation up to 72 hours prior to date of arrival.
Hotel Cancellation policy
Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 72 hours prior to guest’s scheduled arrival date.
Written requests for room cancellations must reach firstname.lastname@example.org by November 6.
After November 17th, contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the deposit equal to one night’s room and tax.
Early departures will result in the loss of one night’s room and tax.
Failure to check in at the hotel on your scheduled arrival day will result in forfeiture of your reservation and hotel deposit. The hotel will accommodate you on a space-available basis.
When canceling your room reservation directly with the hotel document the date and time of your call, name of the person with whom you spoke, and obtain a cancellation number.
How do I make airline travel arrangements?
Delta offers special discounts off most fares. Applicable restrictions may apply. Discounts applicable to U.S./Canada originating passengers. Book online at DELTA.COM and enter Meeting Event Code NMLB4 or call 800-328-111. Service fee applies for phone reservations.
United offers discounts from 2% up to 10% off applicable fares. Discounts apply on United Airlines and flights operated by United or other airlines branded United Express. International discounts are allowed on flights operated and or marketed on the following carriers provided such flights are booked by a travel agency or United Reservations. Flights via the Atlantic: Air Canada, Austrian Airlines, Tyrolean Airways, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa Airlines, Swiss International Airlines. What Chicago attractions, tours and events are offered during RSNA 2015?
RSNA has teamed up with Hosts Chicago and Bloomingdale's, Macy's, and Saks 5th Ave. to offer exciting ways to experience Chicago, including multiple city tours, culinary experiences, shopping excursions, and museum exhibits. Tours and events will be available in July.

Enjoy a 5k event with your colleagues along Chicago’s beautiful Lake Michigan shore and help fuel critical research to enable the best care for our patients. During online registration or onsite at McCormick Place, you can sign up as a runner or walker for the 5k Fun Run. The signup donation is $40, will benefit the RSNA R&E Foundation, and is fully tax deductible. You’ll also receive a commemorative T-shirt.

Is childcare offered during RSNA 2015?
Camp RSNA,a children's activity center directed by a national provider, is available at McCormick Place for children between the ages of 6 months and 12 years. To uphold the professional and educational standards of RSNA, children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the exhibition halls or sessions. More information will be available in late summer.
