RSNA offers exhibitors the ability to reserve space for meetings and events at McCormick Place and locations throughout Chicago. Explore available options for meeting suites, headquarter offices and off-site functions.

Meeting suite options

Conveniently located within the exhibit hall, an RSNA meeting suite is the ideal place to connect and conduct business privately with staff, customers and potential clients. Meeting suites are available to exhibiting and non-exhibiting companies. 

Companies are permitted to have food and beverage service within their meeting suite from the official exclusive food and beverage provider for McCormick Place.

Headquarter office space

Located in the technical exhibit halls, headquarter offices are a quiet area away from your booth. Use the space as a company break or lunch room, a check-in point for staff, or for quick meetings. Headquarter offices are restricted to exhibit personnel only and should not be used in conjunction with booth activities. Minimum size is 10 feet by 10 feet and can be rented in 100 square foot increments.

Off-site function space

RSNA exhibitors can host an off-site meeting or event in conjunction with RSNA 2018.

The deadline to submit your request online has passed. Please contact the hotel directly to book meeting space. RSNA requests that your event adheres to the Exhibitor Function Space Guidelines. For additional questions, contact meetingservices@rsna.org.

 

Types of functions

  • Entertainment/social events: Dinners, receptions and other events with no formal educational programming.
  • Focus groups: Meetings that target a specific group of attendees to obtain specific data.
  • Staff/company meetings: Limited to exhibiting company staff only and should not include professional attendees.
