• NEW THIS YEAR: Verifying Attendance and Claiming Credit

  • This year, say goodbye to the attendance  “chits” in your badge wallet. You will now document your attendance by evaluating RSNA 2013 courses and sessions and claim your credits online—on your own laptop or mobile device, or at any of the Internet Kiosks within McCormick Place. The new interface, the Online Evaluation and Claim Center (OECC), allows you to begin your evaluation as early as 10 minutes after your course begins, claim your credits onsite, and walk away with your printed certificate in hand. You’ll also receive a link via your email that allows you to print your certificate at home, and for RSNA members your credits are automatically added to the RSNA CME Repository. After the meeting, you’ll still be able to evaluate courses and claim credit for one week. Detailed instructions will be included in your Meeting Bag, and staff will be on hand at the Internet Kiosks to assist you with  the process.

    For Radiologic Technologists

Radiologic technologists, please note: In addition to the OECC process, ARRT Attendance Documentation Cards will still be required to claim Category A/A+ continuing education (CE) credit. The process for ARRT Continuing Education (CE) documentation:

    • Attendance will be verified with a check-in and check-out process for all courses and events. All registrants looking to obtain Category A+/A credit must be present for the duration of the course or event.
    • ARRT Attendance Documentation Cards will be available at the door for all courses and events that are approved for Category A+/A credit.
    • Attendee must obtain an ARRT Attendance Documentation Card at the beginning of the session, complete the card, and return it to the room monitor at the end of the session.
    • An attendee that forgoes submitting the ARRT Attendance Documentation Card at the close of the session will not obtain credit.

We appreciate your comments and suggestions in our effort to improve your RSNA web experience.
