  • International Liver Symposium
    Friday, December 2; All Day

Make the most of the last day of RSNA 2016 when you join RSNA President Richard L. Baron, MD, for a full-day symposium focused on liver imaging.  Admission to the symposium is included with your RSNA 2016 registration.

Detection, staging and characterization of liver cancer, particularly in patients with chronic liver disease, is among the most published, clinically relevant, and challenging issues facing radiologists today. The topic draws world research and educational communities together in ways that have dramatically impacted radiology’s participation in the clinical care of affected patients. Symposium sessions include “Novel Concepts in Hepatobiliary Tumor Imaging Symposium: State-of-the-Art Imaging Techniques” and “Imaging Spectrum of Benign and Malignant Vascular Tumors: How to Avoid Misdiagnosis.”

    Expanded Virtual Meeting

Register for the RSNA 2016 Virtual Meeting, now featuring 25% more content, extended access, CME credit for live sessions—plus a select number of CME-eligible courses on demand! Select Virtual Meeting on-demand courses qualify for CME credit upon completion of a test and course evaluation. All live-viewed Virtual Meeting courses qualify for CME with a completed evaluation. Enjoy all this content - plus Cases of the Day, scientific presentations and education exhibits.

    Deadline for Professional Badge Mailing

Badge materials will be mailed to all professional attendees registered by October 1. For registrations processed after October 1, badges will be available for pickup at McCormick Place. Together, we can save some trees and reduce the number of duplicate badges we print to replace ones lost in the mail or forgotten at home. And, you’ll have one less thing to pack as you head out the door!

Special Interest Session: High Impact Clinical Trials
    Abstracts Due August 1

RSNA 2016 will host a High Impact Clinical Trials (HICT) Special Interest Session, featuring the latest cutting-edge science and research. This session will provide a forum for practice-changing clinical research with the goal to present the most significant work in radiology today.  Abstracts will be accepted through August 1. They should focus on primary endpoints of a trial, including new data or secondary analyses of a trial where the primary data has been previously presented, a new registry or new data/analysis from a registry, or the latest and hottest findings in translational imaging sciences that have immediate clinical implications. Submitted abstracts may also be considered for simultaneous online publication in Radiology. Click here for more information and abstract submission form »
