RSNA News - May 2005
Exhibitor HousingA housing letter will be mailed to exhibitors on May 16. It will explain Block Housing vs. Individual Housing. The housing formula (four rooms per 100 sq. ft. of purchased exhibit space) determines which one to use. Exhibitors requiring 25 rooms or more must submit a Block Housing Form. Block Housing assignments are based on the same priority point system that is in place for exhibit space assignments. Maximum points will be awarded to Block Housing Forms submitted on or before June 6, 2005. Exhibitors requiring fewer than 25 rooms may access the housing bureau’s Web site to reserve hotel rooms beginning June 6, 2005. Please note that Individual Housing is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. June Exhibitor Planning MeetingBooth assignments will be released on June 28 at the Exhibitor Planning Meeting and Luncheon. All exhibitors for RSNA 2005 are invited to attend the meeting at Rosewood Restaurant and Banquets near Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport. An e-mail invitation will be sent to all confirmed 2005 exhibitors in mid-May.
