Case Report

Radiology occasionally accepts case reports of unusual novelty and clinical impact. If a case report is submitted, it will initially undergo a screening process for potential suitability prior to peer review. Only those cases judged to be sufficiently novel and with sufficient clinical impact will undergo a full peer review process. Maximums: one-paragraph unstructured abstract, 100 words; word count from Introduction through Discussion, 1500 words; number of references, 20; number of figure parts, six; no tables.
