Tables

Tables should be numbered in Arabic numerals and should have a title. All abbreviations used in the table should be explained in a footnote. Tables should be presented in the style used in recent issues of the journal. Either the text or the tables should include numerators and denominators for all percentages provided (see Results in the Main Body section). Tables should be prepared in Word or Excel and embedded in the text document, each on a separate page.
