Cystitis in a 10-year-old girl with dysuria and gross hematuria. Panel A Transverse sonogram shows nodular thickening of the posterior urinary bladder wall (arrows). Panel B Right posterior oblique spot radiograph from a voiding cystourethrographic study demonstrates right vesicoureteral reflux (curved arrow) and marked constriction of the urinary bladder inferiorly by irregular intraluminal filling defects (straight arrows). The findings mimic those of neoplasm.
