Glucagonoma in a 61-year-old woman with a long history of rash (necrolytic migratory erythema, confirmed with biopsy), glossitis, and stomatitis. Panel A Clinical photograph shows glossitis and stomatitis, typical of glucagonoma. Panel B Axial contrast-enhanced CT scan demonstrates a 6-cm ovoid, heterogeneously enhancing mass in the pancreatic body that contains areas of low attenuation (arrowhead) and a chunky central calcification (arrow). Splenomegaly and perisplenic varices resulted from tumor invasion of the splenic vein.
