Multicystic intralobar sequestration in an 8-year-old girl with recurrent pneumonia in the right lower lobe. Panel A Posteroanterior chest radiograph shows a thin-walled, multicystic lesion with an air-fluid level in the right lower lobe. Panel B Posteroanterior chest radiograph collimated to the right lower lobe obtained 10 days later, following a course of intravenous antibiotics, demonstrates the cystic, thin-walled character of the lesion after resolution of the air-fluid level.
