Angiomyolipoma. Panel A Axial contrast material-enhanced CT scan demonstrates a large fat-containing mass (arrows). In addition to angiomyolipoma, the differential diagnosis would include liposarcoma and teratoma. Panel B Axial contrast-enhanced CT scan obtained at a higher level shows the origin of the mass from the kidney (arrow), a finding that allows the diagnosis of angiomyolipoma to be made.
