Panel B On a photomicrograph (original magnification, X150; Movat stain) of an angiomyolipomatous vessel, no elastica is present. Note the numerous adipocytes surrounding the vessel, as well as the smooth muscle cells radiating outward from the periphery of the vessel (arrows).
