Leiomyoma. Photomicrograph (original magnification, X25; hematoxylin-eosin stain) shows the well-circumscribed nature of a peripheral lesion. The cellular pattern is uniform, and the mass indents the renal capsule and renal cortex (C) as it expands (arrows).
