Angiomyolipoma. Panel A Axial CT scan shows a well-marginated renal lesion (arrow) of predominantly fat attenuation. Panel B Axial CT scan obtained several months later, when the patient presented with acute left flank pain, shows a soft-tissue attenuation mass infiltrating the retroperitoneal fat due to hemorrhage.
