Figure 12: Atypical angiomyolipoma. Panel A Angiogram shows a hypervascular mass of the left lower pole with irregular vessels and small aneurysms (arrow). Panel B CT scan demonstrates that the lesion arises from the renal cortex (arrows), but it contains no evidence of fat attenuation and is markedly heterogeneous.
