Angiomyolipoma. Photomicrograph (original magnification, X25; hematoxylin-eosin stain) shows the various components of the tumor, portions of which are indicated: adipocytes (arrowheads), smooth muscle (M), and thick-walled vessels (solid arrows). Hemorrhage is also seen, both within the periphery of the tumor (H) and outside the lesion (open arrow).
