Meconium peritonitis and pseudocyst in a newborn. Supine, frontal, abdominal radiograph shows multifocal curvilinear and coarse calcifications in the right subhepatic and left flank regions. An ill-defined soft-tissue mass associated with the calcifications (arrowheads) displaces the bowel inferiorly and toward the left. Nondistended gas-filled intestinal loops imply the absence of significant obstruction.
