Pancreatic cystosis in a 5-year-old girl with CF and increasing abdominal girth. Panel A Sagittal sonogram through the right upper quadrant shows a large multilocular cystic mass. Panel B Angiogram obtained with a celiac artery injection reveals stretching and draping of branches of the gastroduodenal artery (open arrow) about the mass (solid arrows). At surgery, a 14-cm-diameter multilocular cystic mass related to the head of the pancreas was removed.
