Bronchial leak in a patient with MPM who underwent extrapleural pneumonectomy on the right side. Contrast-enhanced axial CT scan (mediastinal window) at the level of the carina shows a fistula (arrow) between the right main-stem bronchus and the pneumonectomy space. Surgical clips can be seen in the mediastinum.
