MPM of the right lung in a 58-year-old man. Coronal T1-weighted MR image (895/20 [repetition time msec/echo time msec]) shows that the pleura is thickened along the mediastinal and diaphragmatic surfaces (small arrows). Loss of the fat signal adjacent to the right atrium (large arrow) suggests tumor infiltration of the pericardium.
