Panel A PA radiograph depicts a large left pleural effusion and mass or loculated fluid projected over the region of the aorticopulmonary window. Panel B Contrast-enhanced CT scan (mediastinal window) allows differentiation between the low-attenuation effusion and the high-attenuation pleural nodules in the left hemithorax.
