Pleural effusion secondary to adenocarcinoma metastatic to the pleura. Sagittal T1-weighted (618/30) MR image of the right hemithorax depicts nodular pleural thickening, fissural growth, and loculated pleural fluid secondary to adenocarcinoma metastatic to the pleura. These findings cannot be distinguished from those of MPM.
