Hematogenous spread in a man with MPM. Unenhanced CT scan (lung window) shows a large tumor mass occupying the right hemithorax that has collapsed the right lung and invaded the mediastinum. Multiple peripheral parenchymal nodules in the left lung represent hematogenous metastases of MPM.
