Panel A PA chest radiograph shows circumferential nodular pleural thickening encasing the right lung and marked soft-tissue swelling of the right chest wall consistent with tumor invasion. Panel B Collimated view of the left lung base reveals multiple parenchymal nodules (arrows in a and b) that represent hematogenous metastases.
