FNH in a 26-year-old man in whom the mass was incidentally discovered during evaluation for cholecystitis. Panel A Tc-99m HIDA scan demonstrates increased accumulation of radiotracer within a mass (arrow). This sign is not specific for FNH and may be seen in many epithelial neoplasms. Panel B Gross specimen shows a typical nodular tan lesion (white arrow) with a central scar (black arrow).
