FNH in a 19-year-old woman in whom a mass was incidentally found during an evaluation of a stab wound. Panel A Unenhanced CT scan shows a large, well-circumscribed mass in the lateral segment of the left lobe of the liver. A central low-attenuation scar (arrow) is observed. Panel B Contrast material-enhanced CT scan obtained during a late arterial and early portal venous phase shows rapid enhancement of the mass, except for the central scar. A left portal vein branch or large draining vein (arrow) is adjacent to and displaced by the mass. There is a small subtle dot of enhancement, which represents a vessel within the prominent myxoid scar (arrowhead).
