Invasive mole. Panel A CT scan shows an ill-defined mass of low attenuation. Abnormal attenuation extends into the myometrium on the right and posteriorly (arrows). Panel B Cut section shows the mass with an ill-defined margin contiguous with the myometrium. Invasion was confirmed at histologic evaluation.
