Complete hydatidiform mole with twin gestation in a 32-year-old woman (gravida 3, para 1001) who underwent elective termination of pregnancy at estimated 16 weeks gestational age due to a suspected molar
pregnancy. Operative specimen obtained after hysterotomy shows the mass with surface vesicles and a fetus. Lesion karyotype was 46,XX.
