mIU/mL (514 IU/L). Panel A Sonogram demonstrates subtle heterogeneity and increased echogenicity of the myometrium, as well as an enlarged heterogeneous endometrial stripe. Panel B CT scan shows a mass with very low
attenuation centrally, with a slightly higher attenuation process extending most of the way through the expected thickness of the myometrium. A thin rim of myometrium is seen surrounding the tumor, which
measured 7 cm at the time of hysterectomy.
