Choriocarcinoma in a 31-year-old
woman, 4 weeks after an uncomplicated delivery, with acute left hemispheric symptoms. Panel A Unenhanced brain CT scan shows a large hemorrhagic metastasis
in the left parietal lobe with surrounding vasogenic edema. Panel B Chest CT scan helps confirm the presence of metastases to the lungs, as well.
